Farming Simulator 2022

Farming simulator games are one of the most addicting out there, from planting a field to harvesting it, something about these games is very addictive. 

My favorite part of FS22 is doing the actual work, I like to harvest the fields, cultivate the fields, replant the fields, and keep working on the fields around it, but the time it takes inbetween the fields growing to the time I get to harvest is the only part that I don’t like. I think that the only thing this game needs to be 100% is a crop growth rate timer. All you would have to do is bumb up the growth booster in the settings and the crops would be fully grown and ready to harvest in 15 minutes real time. Otherwise this game is a 10/10. 

When you first load into Farming Simulator 22 (FS22), created by Giants software, there will be a list of options. Career, multiplayer, downloadable content, achievements, and credits. 

Starting with downloadable content, you will be able to install many mods to enhance your game and make it easier. The mass of the mods consists of new vehicles, tools, buildings, new maps, and random mods that are there just for fun. 

Next is career. In career mode, you get to start your own farm, you can pick from three choices. If you choose new farmer you have a decent amount of money but no land, so the choice of property and equipment is yours. If you decide to go with farm manager you have little to no money and have a decent amount of land and equipment so you have to immediately start the grind. Finally, you can start from scratch. You start with a small amount of money, no land, and no equipment. The future is in your hands.

When you spawn into the world you may have tons of land and money or you might have no money and no land. Depending on the farm type you can spend your money and move towards many different fields. You can go straight into setting up your own farm, there are plenty of trees on every map so you can start capitalizing off of the logging industry, you can start a grass farm and sell the grass clippings to the farmers so they can feed their animals. The world is quite literally yours, you just have to buy the land. 

There are tons of branded farming equipment like John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Case IH, Fendt, and New Holland. All of these named brands allowed their equipment into Farming Sim so Giants software could prove to their players that they are the farming game to have and play. 

At the end of the day, you can wash off your equipment and make it squeaky clean.

Compared to Farming Sim 2019, Farming Sim 2022 is way better in my opinion: the graphics are way better, everything looks more realistic. Along with that, there is so much more space on the maps and 99.9% of it is fully detailed with grass, trees, and flowers. Also, in FS22 there is way more to do, things like moving rocks out of your field, terraforming your own land, and hundreds of thousands of mods to choose from. 

Overall Farming Simulator 22 is an easy way to become a professional online farmer, and get a good understanding of what the day to day life of a farmer is like. This game was made for literally everyone and should be made the game of the year.
